Returns & Exchanges

At ACS Rental, we want you to feel confident in every look; if your rental doesn't fit or meet your expectations, simply return it within 24 hours for a full credit or exchange. Please ensure all security tags remain attached and the garment is unworn to qualify for a return.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your ACS Rental account and select the order you wish to return to generate a prepaid shipping label and return authorization form.

• 2.
  Pack the Garment

  Place the item back into its original reusable packaging, ensuring the security tags are intact and the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Package

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 24 hours of the original delivery.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
