How long is the standard rental period?
We offer flexible rental durations of 4, 8, or 14 days. Your rental period begins on the day your delivery is scheduled to arrive and ends when you drop it off at a designated return point.
What happens if I accidentally stain or damage an item?
We understand that accidents happen. Standard wear and tear is covered by our complimentary rental insurance. For significant damage or loss, please contact our support team immediately.
Do I need to dry clean the clothes before returning them?
No, you do not need to clean the items. We handle professional eco-friendly dry cleaning and sanitization for every garment between rentals to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
When should I book my outfit for a specific event?
We recommend booking your outfit to arrive 1-2 days before your event to ensure a perfect fit and to give you time to coordinate your accessories.
How do I return my rental items?
Returning is easy and free. Simply place the items back in the original reusable packaging, attach the prepaid return label included in your order, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
What if the item I rented doesn't fit?
If your item doesn't fit, please leave the security tags attached and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will issue a credit note or attempt to send a replacement size if available.
